Car Park attendants

Mention the term, “road rage” to our car park attendants and they will tell you, “been there, done it and got the T-shirt.” There is new evidence that “parking cars” and not incidents on the road is what really leads to major disputes amongst drivers. Yet, rain, hail or shine, the car park attendants manage superbly all the vehicles entering and leaving the three car parks to and from the Tabernacle.

This includes covering many major events at the Metropolitan Tabernacle when thousands of cars converge on our car parks. It can be a difficult job at times. Great patience and “great grace” is required to deal with various situations that inevitably crop up when thousands of people park cars closely together. Nevertheless, this dedicated team continues to ensure that everyone is parked safely and their vehicles remain in one piece. The car park attendants are usually on duty one hour before each service begins.
