There are no direct bus routes from the airports to the Tabernacle, and the best way of getting from the airport to the church is by Taxi.

Hotel Accomodation

The Tabernacle, being around 5 miles outside Belfast city centre is accessible from all the city-centre hotels. We have selected a few and included them on the site.

The main car-parking area surrounds the church building. In addition there are two overflow car-parks, one adjacent to the main car-park, and another on the opposite side of Shore Road. A view of the carparks is available here

All car-parks are supervised. and a parking attendant will direct you to a space. We have a significant amount of traffic entering the car-park before a service and do ask for your patience.

Note the location of your vehicle when you park.

Note that some of the car-parking is reserved for disabled visitors. If you hold a disaled badge on your car, please advise the car-parking attendants.

Vehicles should not be left overnight in the Metropolitan Tabernacle parking facilities. Please inform a parking attendant if you have trouble with your vehicle.

Hospitality "Meeters and Greeters"

If you need help on arrival at the Tabernacle we have a team of "meeters and greeters." These brothers and sisters who are easily identifiable will be able to assist you with any help or information you require.

On Sunday evenings after the service, we have tea and some light refreshments available free if you have travelled to be with us.

When you enter the main sanctuary someone will show you to a seat. We normally fill the ground floor before opening up the balcony areas.
