
This week Her Majesty the Queen will meet with many people in Northern Ireland from just about every conceivable background - but one stands out from the rest of the crowd.
It was Father’s Day on Sunday June 17, but for Brian Anderson it would have been one to forget.
They came in their millions from every corner of the globe; their only objectives to witness Her Majesty the Queen celebrate the Diamond Jubilee.

The rhyme has religious and historical significance, but its origins and meaning are still disputed.
I still recall with no little amazement an interview which I heard on BBC Radio Ulster a few years ago.
It took place during the height of the troubles when bigotry and polarisation between Protestants and Catholics was much rifer than it is today.
